Cancellation & Refunds

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them.
  • Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.
  • Refunds (if eligible) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
  • Damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images/video).
  • Some products (like personal care items) are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
